Rodney-isms

True shavasana is getting out of the way of the absorption of Prana. That is the truest Pranayama, the ONLY Pranayama. All the rest is exercise.

Don't fill yourself with the answer before the question is fully formed.
A good teacher will absorb a student's question as if it were his or her own.

"Maybe your dharma is an expression that's never been said before."

"Maybe the point is to be yourself. To remove the obstructions that prevent that. But you're not sure what's false and what's not. Remember that old book from the 60's/70's I'm OK, You're OK?
Most of your struggle is because you don't know you're OK.
There is no seat, you're unsettled.
Maybe all is perfect.
Maybe there is nothing to do."     -submitted by Melanie

The process of making progress is to cut away excess.

Balance is not a place but a relationship.
The reason to do any particular movement or action is to bring awareness to relationship.

Information is not knowledge.

What would the world look like if you had equanimity? Maybe it would reveal itself to you.

The irony is, maybe  all your struggle, all your impulses, all your feelings, all your physical sensations, every thought you've ever had, is all perfect.
